If you’ve read my earlier posts, you already know that after returning home from my trip overseas, I discovered an exciting opportunity: a new software called Affiliate System and a training program, Beginners Advantage.

Long story short, I joined on December 1st, 2023. You could say they were “prototype” versions, but I placed my faith in them and joined the journey.

Affiliate System

Affiliate System is a website builder that lets me create funnels. It also has an email marketing feature that helps me grow my audience by collecting a subscriber list and communicating with them through a professional business email. Even if your business isn’t related to affiliate marketing, you can use Affiliate System to create its website. Everything can be done without needing HTML coding skills.

Was it easy for me to learn and use Affiliate System? It might have been overwhelming initially because it has so many features, but just like any other software platform, it’s all about getting used to it.

Their 24-hour help live chat became very handy whenever I had questions.

It is ultimately the product I would like to promote. However, due to some marketing testing, Affiliate System is still on hold, which means, at the moment, I’m simply building my email list of subscribers and maintaining communication with them, providing free content. I’ll send a broadcast email the day it becomes available.

Beginners Advantage

This affiliate marketing training course came with Affiliate System as a bonus. Its core concept is: Focus on the Process, and the Money Will Follow – Dean Holland.

There are several ways of creating content or documenting your journey. I’ll give three examples:

• Documenting something you want to learn to become good at despite your lack of experience. (This is a similar situation to my affiliate marketing journey).
• If you already have experience with something, you could become an affiliate marketer by teaching your expertise.
• If you’re passionate about something, you can also become an affiliate marketer by doing something you love while sharing your experience with others.

If the product owner offers an affiliate program and if you can incorporate that product into your journey, you can become an affiliate marketer using any of those three examples.

Four Core Areas

Also, if you have already had the chance to subscribe to my email list, you probably have watched the free video created by my coach and read my 12 autoresponder emails. Within that video and my emails, you will learn a few things about the four core areas of affiliate marketing.

In short, the four core areas are the essential action steps you must continue to take to ultimately achieve results.

Putting It All Together

Affiliate System software platform is the primary tool for running my business. Beginners Advantage taught me the skills and technical aspects of being an affiliate marketer, and the four core areas are the four main action steps I’m currently focusing on to make my online business a success.

Have I Achieved Success Already?

While a bad product or a poor training program can certainly hold me back and lead me to failure, I’ve realized that my own lack of discipline is the bigger obstacle. For example, I easily get overwhelmed when I’m presented with too many options, tasks, or ideas. This often leaves me feeling paralyzed or, at best, stuck in procrastination.

Having a great platform and a great training course doesn’t guarantee quick success or success in general. Ultimately, I must put in the hard work.

I get a bit skeptical when I hear a big success story with little to no context. It makes me wonder if they’ve actually faced more struggles than they’re willing to admit.

We can agree that most people take a long time to push through obstacles. The ones who found quick success are the exceptions.

Have I succeeded yet? No, not yet, but if I do, I won’t hide the fact that it took me years to get there. My story and my struggles will be saved here on my blog. I’ll be the person who worked through it all, just like you might be doing now and like most of us!

Most of us are not rare exceptions of people who found success quickly, but that’s ok! The important thing is to get there.

I have the tools, I learned the skills, and I know the areas I must focus on. Now, it’s up to me to apply it, practice, become good at it, and make things happen.

And when the time comes, I hope you do as well!

It might take us longer than we wanted, but if we make it happen, I predict we’ll look back and reflect on all the additional things we had to learn and experience thanks to the struggles. We’ll have a bigger story to tell.
